Binance Malaysia

Binance telah diperkenalkan oleh Changpeng Zhao di Seychelles dan merupakan salah satu platform pertukaran mata wang kripto di dunia. Bagi yang baru berjinak – jinak dengan dunia kripto, Binance sebenarnya tidak dibenarkan beroperasi di Malaysia, malah ia juga tidak mempunyai sebarang pejabat atau pusat operasi di sini. Pelaburan kripto adalah berisiko tinggi dan pengguna dinasihatkan untuk membuat keputusan yang bijak sebelum membuat pelaburan. Mata wang kripto di letakkan di bawah Akta Kontrak 1950 dan ianya dikategorikan sebagai komoditi.

SC bertanggungjawab mengawasi aktiviti kewangan dan perniagaan dalam bidang sekuriti, derivatif, pengurusan dana, nasihat kewangan korporat, nasihat pelaburan, perancangan kewangan dan skim persaraan swasta. Biarpun SC “Security comission”  tidak membenarkan Binance beroperasi di Malaysia, namun pelaburan Binance adalah sah di luar negara dan ianya tidak menyalahi undang – undang di Malaysia.

On early and end of the year, Cherating beaches will have high wave and strong wind which is suitable for surfing. To expose the sport to locals, the surfing competition will be held and surely attracted many international participants.

Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary

This center was established in 1989 by the Department of Wildlife and National Parks. A base for the Elephant Relocation Team which started in 1974. Being the only centre in Malaysia, the team is dedicated to locating, subduing, translucent problem elephants from areas where their habitats are constantly being encroached by plantations, to Malaysia’s National Parks such as Taman Negara.

 

Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary was established in 1989 by The Department of Wildlife and National Parks. This sanctuary responsible to track, capture and relocate wild elephants whose habitats have been damaged by development to protected areas such as national parks. In addition, the centre also aims to promote public awareness of the threats, pressures and plight of elephants in Malaysia, support research on elephant relocation and conservation and as a sanctuary for tame and wild elephants in need of treatment. It’s also aims to educate the public about the importance of habitat and environmental preservation.

 

The Elephant Transfer Team has already started these tasks since 1974 before the establishment of the National Elephant Conservation Centre. This team has also successfully relocated more than 700 wild elephants and with this relocation, the risk of species extinction can be minimized, even the damage to agricultural areas can also be reduced. The centre currently has 17 elephants of which four are males. There are several trained elephants from Thailand and Myanmar and are used for operations to transfer wild elephants from problem areas throughout Peninsular Malaysia.

Visiting Museum

There’s a lot of information about elephants at the museum. Even though this museum is small, it provides a lot of information about these endangered animals. Elephant skulls are also on display for public viewing. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to visit the entire museum.

 

Video Show

Visitors can watch documentary video in air-conditioned rooms. The documentary is about issues affecting wild elephants, habitats that are disappearing, the role of the Elephant Transplantation Team responsible for ensuring the survival of this endangered species as well as the process of saving wild elephants from conflict areas to new habitats. Showing time is around 20 to 25 minutes.

 

Feeding the Elephants

Visitors have chance to feed the elephants. The foods that can be given are watermelon and papaya prepared at this centre. Visitors only need to put the fruit into the elephant’s mouth or let the elephant use its trunk to take the fruit. There are 6 elephants that can be fed by visitors.

 

Watching the Elephant

Visitors have the chance to see elephants bathing in the nearby river and watch the life of baby elephants that are released freely in a fenced area

Over the past 25 years the strong team has helped to prevent the further decline of the elephant population by relocating more than 300 wild elephants! Kuala Gandah also aims to promote public awareness of the elephant’s plight in Malaysia and to support research into elephant translocation and conservation. It also aims to educate the public about the importance of habitat and environmental preservation.

By Road : From Kuala Lumpur, take the Karak Highway, turn left into Lanchang and turn right into Kuala Gandah Elephant Conservation Centre.

By Rail : KTM Bhd provides service to Bandar Jengka and Jerantut.

By Bus : A Sri Jengka Express – Kuala Lumpur (Jalan Tun Razak) to Bandar Jengka, Kuantan to Bandar Jengka, Kota Baru to Bandar Jengka, Alor Star to Bandar Jengka.

Entrance for the center is free. However a small donation to help with rehabilitation and supporting the elephant is appreciated.

Pahang is the third largest state in Malaysia, occupying the huge Pahang River river basin. CULTURE

In Pahang, the visitor will find fascinating evidence of the diverse Malaysian cultures, manifested in the customs, clothes, food, art forms, games and festivals of the various races.

Pahang has a rich cultural heritage and its specialty is songket, the distinctive hand-woven gold and silver brocade. Travelers can visit the handicraft centres at Teluk Chempedak, Sungai Karang and Cherating. Household items made from pandanus leaves and woodcarvings, shell crafts and batik are sold at these centers.

Visitors should also not miss out on the Pahang Silk Weaving Centre in Pulau Keladi, Pekan where they can see the process of making the intricately woven material. For those short of time there is a showroom in Kuantan, located on the first floor of Teruntum Complex in Jalan Mahkota.

Batik, the unique wax-printed fabric, is available everywhere with manufacturing outfits at Kuantan, Semambu, Beserah and Cherating. At some of these places the visitors are able to view how batik is made.

THE JUBLI PERAK SULTAN HAJI AHMAD SHAH AGRICULTURAL PARK

This agricultural park is made up of three distinct areas that are recreational area, a forest reserve park and a vast fruit orchard. Here flora and fauna of every kind are found in abundance.

Lake Chini Resort

Lake Chini Resort is built landscaped with the natural surroundings which is peaceful and harmonious to the growth. The resort has two kinds of chalet to choose. The ‘Balau’ which is deluxe are for those who come in a family and prefer a bigger accommodation. There are two rooms in this kind of chalet. It houses a family bed and the other two single beds. The ‘Meranti’ which is standard are smaller in size and also houses a family bed and two single bed.For those who come in groups of ten, there is for your choice, a dorm in the form of double-decker beds. There is also a camping site available. You can then enjoy the freshness of the air. It is facing the lake.
Another site you can enjoy yourself is from the restaurant which can serve you with various dishes including fresh water fishes. The prices are moderate and is money’s worth. We accept reservations and bookings.

Location

The resort can be reached by using one of the three ways available.

First Route:
By water and experiencing the challenge, you can use the Kg. Belimbing way. There are numerous jetty’s such as Chini lotus and in Kg. Belimbing itself. The one hour and twenty minutes journey requires the visitors to travel across the Pahang river followed by Chini river to the lake and resort.
Second Route:
For those who prefer to travel by own vehicle direct, especially for those who cames from the north, utilizing the Tun Razak highway (leading to Segamat), you reach Paloh Hinai and the straight to the resort. From the junction, you have to travel an hour before you reach.
Third Route:
From the south, especially from Negeri Sembilan, Malacca, Johore and Singapore can enter the junction to Felda Chini from Tun Razak Highway from Rompin/Segamat right to the lake.
